Founded in March 2013, the company started its activities from the house of the owner, Jean-Sébastien Vachon, with only two employees. Today, our team of more than 30 employees includes full-time directors, managers, software developers and business analysts.

We have overcome the shortcomings of traditional project management models by developing the Object Oriented Management® model. This approach allows people to break projects down into manageable pieces, based on the generic nature of these units. Inteloom refers to these units as objects.
