Primary Responsibilities

• Identifying, creating, and facilitating changes to the creation process by analyzing businesses and creation system processes at a detailed level; focusing on qualitative improvement and data management; ensuring that the data are reliable and valid; developing improvement processes; integrating new systems and processes in connection with those that already exist; and creating partnerships with colleagues to ensure that the systems implemented meet the company’s long-term business strategies.

 

• Staying abreast of the clients’ needs and strategies; using formal and informal communication methods to communicate updates and conclusions; facilitating project meetings and presentations to all types of audiences (e.g., senior management, clients, technical team).

 

• Leading or participating in multiple projects by completing and updating project documentation; managing the scope of a project; adjusting schedules if necessary; determining daily priorities; ensuring efficiency and the delivery of project tasks and their stages within the stipulated deadlines; following the hierarchical steps; managing client relationships.

 

• Providing a detailed project analysis by producing the required documentation on the analysis (operational requirements, use cases, sequence diagrams, etc.); collaborating closely with the developers to integrate requirements; and providing the necessary guidance during the quality assurance process.
